A Unified Voice
for Los Angeles County
in Sacramento
Thirty-seven state legislators fighting for the resources and budget investments that Los Angeles County communities need
Working together for over 10 million residents of Los Angeles County
ABOUT
The Los Angeles County Legislative Delegation is the largest, bi-partisan, and most diverse delegation in the California Legislature.
Its 37 members are Senators and Assemblymembers who represent portions of Los Angeles County. Together they collaborate to advocate for shared regional priorities in the State Capitol.
Mission
LACD unite 37 state legislators representing districts across the county to advocate with one unified voice in Sacramento.
We champion budgetary priorities and investments that strengthen communities and meet the critical needs of LA County residents.
While each legislator serves independently and represents their own district, LACD brings them together to advance countywide priorities and secure budget investments that benefit all Los Angeles County residents.
We envision a California where every Los Angeles County community receives fair, effective, and future-focused state investment.

LACD is the bridge between Los Angeles County’s needs and the State Capitol’s decision-making, ensuring the voices of 10 million Angelenos are represented, resourced, and prioritized.
